Dr. Stephanie Mathes describes from the inside how her participation in the CAS ETH in Digital Clinical Trials has enriched her daily work.
"The chances and challenges for clinical research have been transformed by new digital technologies in recent years. We now need new approaches to provide the best possible care for patients in the face of social and economic demands.
As a scientific project manager in pediatric oncology, the course has allowed me to gain insights into the latest technological developments and applications in the field of real world data, among other things. In particular, the exchange with researchers from various fields was extremely enriching. The extensive information I have gained is now directly incorporated into my new position as programme manager for precision medicine in pediatric oncology."
